Big Coulee Creek
ranch is located 11 miles South of Ryegate MT in the heart of
Big Coulee Country. This region has the reputation for being one of
the highest producing grain farms in the area.
The Ranch consists of approx.
2,080 deeded acres and 320 acres of State land. Approx. 1,619
dryland farm acres on deeded and 128 acres on State
lease.
The owners have adequate hay
production for 100 cow-calf pair.
Mineral Rights: Owner will
convey any mineral rights that might be in the property. Owner does
not warrant that there are any minerals.
Water: The ranch has several
springs, 2 wells and the Big Coulee Creek meanders through part of
